Build
Entity design, clean books, the boring infrastructure that later makes you fundable. Get the foundation right while it's cheap to get right.
Lahteefah M. Parramore, CPA / Miami
Shifting the rooms. Building the legacies. Changing who the wealth landscape belongs to.
01The Ledger
Twenty-five years of building the financial infrastructure behind people whose names you already know — and plenty you'll hear next. Set out the way a CPA would set it out.
Wealth shows up on the balance sheet. Legacy shows up in the footnotes.
02Approach
Most advisors meet you at one moment and hand you a plan. Lah works the whole arc — because the decisions that determine your exit are made years before anyone calls it one.
Entity design, clean books, the boring infrastructure that later makes you fundable. Get the foundation right while it's cheap to get right.
Cash flow discipline, pricing, margin, controls and the KPIs that actually move. Growth that holds its shape under pressure.
Diligence readiness, valuation, deal structure and negotiation — built long before a buyer appears, so the terms are yours to set.
Trusts, estates, family governance and heirs who know what to do with it. Wealth that survives the person who made it.
03The Work
Creators, athletes, founders, global brands and ultra-high-net-worth family offices. Different rooms, same brief: put real structure under the money.
A strategic finance partner across the whole enterprise — forecasting, cash flow, reporting and the decisions in between.
Royalty audits and desk reviews, catalog analysis and tour budgets. If revenue is owed, it gets found and it gets counted.
Negotiations with labels, private equity, agencies and strategic buyers. Structure, diligence, terms and the walk-away number.
Multi-entity oversight, capital strategy, governance and reporting built for families holding wealth across generations.
Business valuation, forensic reconstruction and fiduciary review in commercial and trust disputes — including testimony.
New service lines, new markets, new partnerships — and the operating model that has to carry them.
04Lahteefah
Newark raised her. Discipline, faith and a refusal to be the smallest voice in the room did the rest.
She started where the numbers were other people's — audit rooms at Ernst & Young, then Crowe, then global finance leadership inside the SoftBank ecosystem, closing books across more than fifty countries. She learned institutional rigour before she ever learned to sell.
Then she went and built. Partner leading an entertainment practice. Founder of The LRW Group Global, a holistic accounting, advisory and business management firm serving artists, athletes, founders and family offices — grown into a national platform and acquired by Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, where she now sits as Chief Growth Officer.
What makes her rare isn't the credential or the transaction volume. It's that she has been on both sides: the technician who can defend a valuation in court, and the operator who has signed the payroll, taken the risk and sold the company. Clients don't get theory. They get someone who has already done it.
05Speaking
Audiences leave with something they can use on Monday. Keynotes, panels, fireside conversations and university lectures on wealth, ownership and building for the long horizon.
Why exit readiness is a founding decision, not an endgame — and what buyers look for years in advance.
Financial decisions are emotional decisions. How to align what you feel with what compounds.
What creators and athletes get wrong about income — and how ownership changes the arithmetic entirely.
Governance, heirs and the structures that decide whether wealth outlives the person who earned it.
“Inspiration wears off by the parking lot. A framework is still there in the morning.”
