Shipping & delivery

All titles are physical paperbacks, dispatched from Miami, Florida.

• Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing.
• Delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch for destinations within the United States.
• Shipping cost: calculated and shown at checkout before payment is taken.
• Tracking: where tracking is available it is emailed to the address given at checkout.
• Address accuracy: we ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet gone out.
• Delays: once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If it has not arrived 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will trace or replace it.

International orders are handled case by case. Email us before ordering and we will confirm cost and timing.

Returns & refunds

You may return any book within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Books must be in resalable condition — unmarked, unwritten in, and with no broken spine. The 365 Day Journal cannot be refunded once entries have been written in it.
• Start a return by emailing Lah@lahrealwealth.com with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the book arrived damaged, defective or was sent in error — in those cases we cover it in full.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.
• Damaged on arrival: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the book or refund it, your choice. No return needed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible — once a parcel has gone out, the returns process above applies instead.

Signed and personalised copies

Personalised inscriptions are made to order and cannot be refunded unless the book arrives damaged or defective. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Terms of service

This website is operated by Lahrealwealth Media Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), 1395 Brickell Avenue, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the book only; shipping is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, and we may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full — for example if a title is out of stock or an order looks fraudulent.

The books and this website

All text, covers, photography and design are the property of Lahrealwealth Media Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell or distribute any part of a book or this site without written permission. Buying a book gives you a copy to read, not a licence to its contents.

Not professional advice

The books, this website and any talk, post or general correspondence are for education and general information. They are not accounting, tax, investment, legal or medical advice, and no client, fiduciary or professional relationship is created by reading them or by contacting us. Nothing here should be acted on without advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Advisory engagements are separate, and begin only under a signed engagement letter.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any financial decision taken on the basis of something you read.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that governs it.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payment is taken by Stripe, which handles your card data directly — we receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits only.
• When you get in touch: whatever you put in your email or the inquiry form — name, email and your message.
• Automatically: our host keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfill and support your order, to answer your inquiry, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you ask for it — to tell you when a new title is out. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the business: Stripe for payment processing, our shipping carrier for delivery, our email provider for correspondence, and our accountants where required. Each handles your data under its own terms and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you, at any time. Email Lah@lahrealwealth.com and we will action it. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout pages set cookies necessary to process payment and prevent fraud.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
